REFUND POLICY
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your seat or registration for any of our workshops, courses, retreats or residencies, we've outlined a few guidelines to assist you. ​
For All Short Projects - 1 to 4 Days

Please note that, we do not offer any refunds or ticket transfers for our short workshops/courses. However, ticket transfer is available for all our 'Retreat Projects.'​​​​
For All Long Projects - 5 to 30 Days

​​1. ​If you have paid the full amount:

90% refund if canceled 30 days before the course starts.

50% refund if you cancel between 29 to 16 days before the course starts.

No refund within 15 days of the course starting.

2. ​If you have paid half or partial slot booking amount:

If you've submitted a "non-refundable advance amount" to reserve your spot, and unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent your attendance, please note that refunds are not available. However, you do have the option to transfer the same amount or ticket to any of our upcoming projects. We'll securely hold the credit/amount under your name.

You also have the flexibility to transfer your ticket or seat to someone if you're unable to attend the course/workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. This transfer option is available up to 7 days before the course/workshop begins.

Please note that for any of these options to be valid, a formal request must be made.

3. Additional guidelines:

In the event of missing a class (or dropping out) during any of our courses, projects, or workshops due to any circumstance, please be aware that we cannot offer refunds, rescheduling, or fee reductions.

In the event that you are unable to attend a workshop or course you've registered for, please be aware that we do not offer refunds or rescheduling options under any circumstances.

In exceptional situations where an arrangement has been made for the payment of remaining fees during the course, it is imperative to acknowledge that in the event of a decision to drop out or discontinue the course, the obligation to fulfill the remaining financial commitment persists. It is essential to emphasize that, under such circumstances, no refunds or reductions in fees can be accommodated. This policy is in place to ensure consistency and fairness in our financial agreements, thereby allowing us to maintain the quality and integrity of our educational services. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy in order to facilitate a smooth and transparent process for all parties involved.
